Challenge League

The Challenge League was played in 2 sections of 7, with the top in each section playing off in the final. Tarbolton finished 4th in Section B, with one game unplayed because a suitable ice-time could not be found.

The Final was played between Andrew Baird, Norman Gedddes, Alex Connell & Kellley McPate (Crosshill) and James McGill, Bobby Ireland, Francis McCrossin & Liz Connell (Crosshill) The winning rink was Andrew Baird by 8 shots to 5

The Grudge Match 2010

Allan and Carlos convened on the ice to do battle again ... with a motley crew. The match was played on Sunday 21st March.

The champions retained the honours, defeating the challengers by 8 shots to 3.

In a close game, Stuart pipped Murray by 7 shots to 6.

The pairs winners were David McClure and David Reader; runners-up Stuart Bates and Corrie Lawrence. With stones clustered around the button in the last end, Stuart and Corrie lost by about an inch. More..

Tarbolton 2 (skip Robert Struthers) lost to Troon Portland 1.

In the semi-finals Sorm 1 beat Sorn 2, and Stewarton 2 beat Dundonald 1.

Sorn 1 lost in the final to Stewarton 2 by 5 shots to 6.
