Robert Struthers' rink had a walk-over against Stewarton Heather 3 in round 1 and another against Ayr 2 in round 2. They lost to Sorn 1 in round 3, who went on to lose to Sorn 2 in the final.

George Hunter's rink had a bye in round 1, won against Crosshill in round 2 and lost to Ayr & Alloway 2 in round 3.

However they got there, having two Tarbolton rinks in round 3 is something of a record.
